As work shops vary in size, HARDO offers a choice of various dust extraction devices. Filter units can be placed next to the machine, next door or in the basement. A weather-proof version to be installed outdoors is also available. All HARDO filter units allow you to choose between different systems and rely on fully automatic filter dedusting.

Efficiency re-defined

Top priority was given to a significant increase in extraction capa-city combined with low power requirements and reduced noise in HARDO’s new filter cabinet series.

The filter cabinet series needed to be re-designed and built from scratch to meet such strict requirements. Our development work has produced the HARDO AERO+. Thanks to its flow-optimised structure, it has achieved an increase in extraction capacity of more than 40% compared to its predecessor, yet its energy requirements have remained the same at 3 kW. The HARDO AERO+ is also whisper-quiet in its operation thanks to efficiently soothed air flow within the filter cabinet and acoustic insulation in the exhauster compartment.

Permanently strong extraction capacity

One of the key objectives in developing the filter cabinet was to achieve persistently high suction power without filter elements becoming clogged too quickly. Our solution was to soothe the dust-laden incoming air flow in two stages. This allows all coarse particles to be pre-separated,
so that only a small proportion of the aspirated dust reaches the filter elements. This brings several advantages: reduction in stress on the filter, an increase in the filter service life and longer cleaning intervals.

The HARDO AERO+ also features software-controlled jet pulse dedusting with optimum air flow guidance to ensure the filter is kept extremely clean. This ensures the filter cake is blasted across the whole filter surface, guaranteeing a long-lasting, strong suction capacity!

HARDO AERO+ for healthy room air and maximum cleanliness in your workshop

Example 01

Here you can view an individual suction-system with two machines. One of the machines is height adjustable. The positioning of the filter cabinet directly on the machine allows for particularly effective suction with short distances.

Example 02

This example shows a suction-system for larger orthopedic machine. The laterally connected filter cabinet ensures the extremely high efficiency of the extraction. This is made possible by the direct connection to the machines.

Example 03

In order for the work room to be used exclusively for machines, it is possible to install the suction extractor in a separate room.
The location of the suction equipment can then be built appropriately larger and, despite the considerable distance, there will be no loss in the suction strength.
